The wearable version is a satin-glow hybrid: airbrushed base for hold, cream highlighter only on the high points, powder only where you crease. You get the light without the 6 PM shine.
Soft glam is the new heavy bridal

Awadhi and Nawabi-inspired styling: real gold tones, classic kohl, sleek centre-parted hair with a strong maang tikka, is having a deserved revival. It suits Lucknow weddings like nothing imported ever will. If your outfit is traditional, resist the urge to fight it with a trendy face.
The DIY corner: what is safe to try at home
- Lip scrub: sugar and honey, the night before any big lip look.
- Brow lamination effect: a clean spoolie and a swipe of clear soap or brow gel, brushed up and set.
- Setting-spray sandwich: mist, makeup, mist. The oldest trick that still beats most new launches.
- Skip at home: face-taping, DIY peels, and anything a reel promises will transform you overnight.
